Was sent a faulty one but was sent a working replacement in 2 days.
Was pretty upset the first one I got was faulty - the lid could NOT be removed. I tore my hands trying to get it off. I made a complaint and was sent a replacement which arrived in 2 days.New model works as it should and hasnโt had any issues! So overall good but I cant give it 5 stars because I donโt know how often that lid error occurs.
