Strong glue. Inconvenient to use.
They are very well made. The glue is very strong. However, the edges are not rounded, which makes handling very impractical. My fingers hurt when I put my finger through the ring. As I said, the adhesive is very strong so I couldn't remove it from the case without fear of ruining the case. I love having a ring when I use my shopping list on my phone while walking around the store. I don't have to worry about my phone falling.
