That was a bad idea on my part, but I taped this thing onto my bike's exhaust pipe, under the seat, and over the rear wheel. After about 2 hours of driving the set screws loosened while I was driving at about 55 km/h. It landed and pulled under my rear wheel causing cardiac arrest accompanied by a loud bang that lifted my rear wheel slightly off the ground. I avoided the accident, but this situation could have been very, very bad. If you use it, weld it on. Or at least tighten the set screws, but I wouldn't recommend this product. If I could give 0 stars I would.
