Review on ๐Ÿท๏ธ DYMO LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo: Fast and Efficient Label Printing Solution by Johnny Moger

Revainrating 1 out of 5

In the past, Dymo label printers were very reliable. No longer.

Dymo label printers used to work fine. Now they are crap. I've been using Dymo label printers for over 20 years and they used to be easy to set up, easy to use and bulletproof. No longer. I'm having problems on three different PCs (one desktop and two laptops) with incorrect driver installation on Windows 7 64-bit. I've had these problems for months: mysterious printer wipes, printers disappearing, printers that stopped working last week, and worse. I can't tell you how disappointed I am with this because Dymo used to be the gold standard. for reliability. They had one of the most reliable suites of products in the entire computing industry, so I've been recommending them to friends who need to print labels for years. Never again. Now they are incredibly difficult to set up and use. I kept having to uninstall and reinstall the Dymo software and 64-bit drivers. I keep getting the dreaded USB device not recognized error message. Dymo printers just don't work consistently on Windows 7 64-bit. I think that's part of the downfall of everything these days. Build a great product that works well, and eventually some idiot at corporate headquarters will cut software testing and support to the bone so the product doesn't work well just to save a few bucks. Go to hell, Dymo boss, and take your fucking label printers with you.

This printer is so versatile. Does a great job in the office and on the manufacturing floor.

Fully functional out of the box. Makes labels and stamps without changing roles.
