the size of the product is correct BUT the holes cut in it are not the same as the OEM. Each of the slots on the panel should line up with the lugs on the underside of my car. over 90% of the grooves had to be adjusted/extended/box cutters. The metal brackets used to attach the panel to the car with screws do not fit the panel snugly. There are what look like rubber pads that need to be removed from and attached to the old fairing as they are not part of what you get with the "guard fairing". This was not a problem except that the gasket parts did not fit snugly on the new plate. The Dorman panel is "rounder" without the sharper lines of the OEM panel. On the plus side, the panel is made from a very durable plastic/rubber that will last well for years.
