I have a Jandy Aqualink pool controller. My main feed pump turned on automatically but didn't turn off. I heard a relay click when I tried to turn the pump off manually. I thought I must have a bad relay and another reviewer from Revain wrote about the same problem. Inexpensive and easy to install. Just turn off all power to the box before you begin. This repair would cost me over $100 if I called the pool repair guys. In fact, this happened to my fan motor about a year ago and the mechanic said the motherboard was defective and it would cost $1500 to replace. So I just lived without a blower. I'm glad the pump relay didn't trip first, otherwise I would have had to resort to unnecessary and costly repairs. Make sure the model number of your current relay matches exactly. There are some of them that are very similar and you should find the right one. This applies to 220-240 volts with 24V DC input. There are models that have DC and AC inputs from the control box and connect to the 110 and 220 volt output of your devices. Just match the model number and you will be fine.
