brackets and rubber boots were a Perfect replacement but the new bolts were too big. Luckily I was able to salvage the rusting screws for my 2001 Blazer, although I later found out that the plate they screwed into had been replaced at some point and that the screws that came with this kit matched the newer designs. I highly recommend this set.
