I bought a 4 inch Infinity Wave Paring Knife (along with 3 other Infinity Wave knives in the set) and I have to say this knife was great . We have many knives of all kinds but the elegant knife we have are the paring knives as we use them for a variety of everyday needs and I also pack one for my lunches for my night shifts so I can chop veggies and fruit and can't have saggy and wet things when I'm ready to eat. While a paring knife could certainly do a good job for my job needs, it's so fine I'd leave it at home because I'd be crushed if I lost it on the job! The paring knife did its job quickly. I cooked around the stuffed jalapeno peppers we had for Labor Day and got the job done quickly as I wanted to mess around with the peppers as little as possible. I also used this knife (along with the Zelite Infinity Wave Santoku Knife) to thinly slice radishes and carrot sticks for a delicious sashimi appetizer we had. Cooking is so much fun with great knives, and this paring knife is just what you need. I can't wait to use this "little general" again for my next meal prep!
