Where has this canvas been all my life?

How did I live without? This makes rolling out the cake base child's play. The pie crust doesn't stick to it and the hooks hold the canvas securely to my countertop. Absolutely no complaints about this time saver. I won't wash it as I'm old fashioned with my napkin. I just shake it off, fold it, put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer. When it comes time to wash it, I'm sure it will be just as easy.
