I already have one. But this was bought for my niece/godaughter as a bachelorette party gift. I gave her a rolling pin and cookie cutters and my special recipe. This rug is the only way I know of to prevent cookies from sticking and it is easily machine washable.

This is a gift for my sister - I've had her for over 20 years! It "hooks" onto the edge of the countertop so you don't have to worry about it moving. I've tried other mats that "allegedly" stick to the counter, or the ones with two layers - they just don't work. I tried it and it's true!

I was looking for something similar to what I used in my mother's kitchen as a kid. Exactly the same one my mother used. I like that today it easily sticks to the edge of the counter which makes rolling out crusts and dough very easy. I am very glad that I found and bought this product!

I've been looking for a durable, non-stick baking sheet for years, but it seems the only non-stick sheet available was silicone mats, but they slip when you try to roll or knead dough. This fabric is a blast in my past and the frame makes it perfect for my needs. I highly recommend this product.

How did I live without? This makes rolling out the cake base child's play. The pie crust doesn't stick to it and the hooks hold the canvas securely to my countertop. Absolutely no complaints about this time saver. I won't wash it as I'm old fashioned with my napkin. I just shake it off, fold it, put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer. When it comes time to wash it, I'm sure it will be just as easy.

This review is for a non-slip mat, not a fabric mat (like some of the reviews in this section). While it is NOT non-slip - mine has slipped everywhere, even on wood countertops - it's still a quality mat and I love that it's made in the USA. This provided the surface I needed to roll out the cookie dough. I believe measurements would be very helpful for making a pie or pizza crust! I wish it could be washed in the dishwasher as there is a lot of water splashing around the sink when washing…

Like other people, I am trying to replace my 10 year old Foley frame. This one appears to be identical, but it is not. The one I just received (and am returning) is defective. As several other recent reviews have pointed out, wood does not pair well with metal. Apparently there have been quality control issues lately. What could be easier than inserting wood into metal with the right tension. Yes I could carve the wood to make it fit better but I expect the manufacturing process to take care of

I enjoyed using it to roll out dough and it seemed like good quality at first. Canvas/cotton fabric feels comfortable. but I could NOT get the metal edges to properly grip onto the wooden ends. They barely reached far enough to attach and pulled the fabric so tight it was almost impossible to use. then I washed the fabric in cold water and dried it, but it shrunk. Now the wires don't reach the edges and can't be fixed at all. poor design and construction. I give 3 stars because the fabric stays

Firstly it is NOT an anti slip mat. I was hoping this mat would make cleaning and measuring easier. I had to place a 4 liter glass bowl on the back end to hold it in place while rolling out the pretzels. All sizes are fairly similar. So if you need more than just an inch and a half, this won't be the case. On the plus side, there are multiple circle sizes in the center for rolling out round objects.
