I like that they offer many different features with one platform. Also, you can choose what type of system you want to use, such as a PSA or a PSM. The platform itself is easy to navigate. There are so many things to learn and understand at once! I wish there was more organization in terms of how to train users to use the system. It's helpful to have an application designer who understands the ins and outs of all the different platforms. This allows for seamless integration of multiple systems without having to use multiple applications. We were solving problems relating to our supply chain management process and we needed a robust platform to do this.
