Great boots! I bought these boots to use with a clean track. They worked like a charm. My horse had to stand in it for 90 minutes! So I needed a durable shoe. There is a useful thick base that fits into the bottom of the boot. I wish it was attached to the base which would make the boot even better. When filling the trunk with a soaking solution, the bottom tends to float, so I have to press it to the bottom. It stays there when you click on it, but be aware that it will float up. I love that it comes with extra straps. I found the straps easier to use than the strap attached to the boot. They're easy to work with, they're LONG-LASTING! No scuffs/cracks after 4 uses. (at 90 min/use!). My horse is BIG - 17h 1250#. I would recommend this shoe to a friend and would buy it again at any time.
