Easy to setup system, easy user interface which is quite intuitive. Very helpful when you are not sure how something works or what it does, as they have very detailed documentation about every single function of their software in detail! I wish there was an easier way than using multiple drop downs / tabs at once within one screen (multiple pages). It gets difficult to navigate through all functions quickly without closing out other windows/tabs that were opened previously. Having everything centralized into one place makes keeping track of our inventory so much simpler. We can always check if we need supplies before going shopping. This allows us to spend less time running around stores looking for things needed versus having them sent directly by vendors from central source. The benefits outweigh any minor inconveniences that may arise while performing daily tasks. Centralized database has made managing stock levels significantly easier. No longer do employees constantly ask eachother "what's available" etc. Instead, this process takes minutes instead of hours because supply needs are.
