We bought this because we wanted it to be black (like the online photo here) to match our new door hardware. When the product arrived the outer plastic packaging was black, the box inside had black writing on it, but the product was actually silver/brushed nickel (item to the left of the two photos). We have requested a replacement item which arrived in a plastic bag with the same label indicating it was black with no label on the box but this time it is brass colored (the item on the right in the two item photo) which we are currently looking at have REMOVED. from the door! We are also sending it back because we only want black. We have now sealed a hole in our front door with blue tape and are looking for another seller who may actually have the correct item. The goods were shipped and delivered quickly. I just wanted them to be the right article.
