2000 Ford F150 Crew Cab is a perfect fit. No change required. I recommend buying a riveting and riveting tool. You can only fill 4 of the 6 holes with bolts and they were difficult to hit. Worth the money but sucks and tools if time is money to you. I felt like I wasted a lot of time messing around with screws.
