I recently purchased this set from my local department store and when I got home I was curious about the reviews for Revain. I was a little concerned reading the negative comments about food burning and sticking and even problems with boiling water. It mentions NEVER cooking or cooking anything on HIGH HEAT. You should only go from low to medium. This is because this cookware is designed to heat up very quickly and very intensely at the minimum heat setting. Therefore, a medium fire on the stove corresponds to a high heat. It is quite logical that some people just do not notice this and at high heat they start boiling water, cook steaks, etc. and then do not understand why something burns.
