Great baking mat! Helps keep countertops clean. I bought this silicone mat to use as a clean, flat surface to easily roll out bread and pastry dough. Disappointed upon receipt and immediately washed to try most of the recipes test. It can be rolled up (it comes with a cloth ring to keep it on a roll) or folded and flattened for storage, and folding the mat doesn't cause creases, which is nice. The mat is very flexible yet strong enough to allow dough to be lifted onto the mat and carried around. to another surface such as a pot/pan, very easily. The rulers on the carpet are great too. I used them to measure the length of the string of dough for some fluffy pretzels I made. There are also several conversion tables, e.g. B. from US to metric measurements (cups in grams) printed on the mat for easy recipe references. Overall a great item and I will definitely be purchasing another one.
