Review on Living Chef Easy Peeler 4-in-1: Multifunctional Stainless Steel for Potatoes, Vegetables, Fruits - Serrated, Julienne, Crinkle, and Slice Blade by Greta Jobin

Great tool! With three blades and one handle, I can do everything from peeling to slicing/chopping.

I can make my wavy ribbed striped vegetable slices for many items in many ways for your amazing favorite dishes. I have pasta with meat sauce - low carb, healthy, with lots of protein. And of course for salads, grated carrots and zucchini. Also beef, pork, chicken as meat. You can let your imagination run wild. I am now coming out of the liquid stage after bariatric surgery. Then I start with pureed products, then move on to good products with limitations. I just heard a YouTube video of a gastroenterologist saying we can overdo the good stuff, but not the simple carbs and sugars and all the white stuff. It's best to make our own recipes that are easy and quick, like this one. I stay away from potatoes, rice and while beans are good I will limit them. So it's quite remarkable that I saw this article at the very last moment. A ratchet is attached to the handle (for lack of a better word). All the blades are attached, so turn this knob and select the associated knob to use it at will on many products that need peeling and some that don't. I never put it in the dishwasher to wash it. Rinse immediately with clean water and dry with paper towels. There are many sharp edges you can cut yourself on, so be careful. I would keep it in a large plastic bag along with the instructions so I wouldn't lose them and give you and the peeler some protection. I am happy with this little worker bee. I dream of veggies and light sauces to eat at the right time in the recovery and weight loss phase. Thankfully, sugar doesn't appeal to me. I've been lucky. Enjoy!
