I ordered a label printer because I found it easy to set up for both Mac and Windows. Windows is obviously much simpler; You can use the USB stick to install and you're done. For Mac, you need to go to their website and download the installer; We also had to adjust some boot security settings in order for the installer to show up. After that it took us a while to figure out how to get the label printer to actually print a 4x6 label - we can't change the settings to 4x6 in our normal printer settings, and when we chose 4x6 when printing from the pirate ship, it printed a tiny square on our label. We finally figured out what settings to use and that it's better to print pirate ship labels using Safari than Firefox (tip for those who get stuck). The rest of the purchase is satisfied. They offer a few labels to start with, but if you print a lot be sure to buy an extra roll as you'll burn the included pack pretty quickly.
