Amazing for the price. Very Happy

After looking through all these label printers and reading tons of reviews, I was Leary. but I'm pleasantly surprised. . I'm not a tech savvy person at all. I installed it last night and it didn't print the size I wanted, but this morning I found out why, I just had to change the label settings on the websites I use. I used FACEBOOK and POSHMARK. so glad i bought this.

A little trickier to set up Mac

I ordered a label printer because I found it easy to set up for both Mac and Windows. Windows is obviously much simpler; You can use the USB stick to install and you're done. For Mac, you need to go to their website and download the installer; We also had to adjust some boot security settings in order for the installer to show up. After that it took us a while to figure out how to get the label printer to actually print a 4x6 label - we can't change the settings to 4x6 in our normal printer…

Works with Mac - just get the driver you need

I bought this label printer in December 2020. I was just trying to install it on my iMac without reading any instructions or downloading the driver from their website. so good; The print quality was terrible and the size was wrong. I watched their YouTube video showing the installation process and noticed that the driver I downloaded and the driver they installed in the video are not the same.
