I bought this label printer in December 2020. I was just trying to install it on my iMac without reading any instructions or downloading the driver from their website. so good; The print quality was terrible and the size was wrong. I watched their YouTube video showing the installation process and noticed that the driver I downloaded and the driver they installed in the video are not the same. It wasn't available for download from their website either. I emailed their tech support and got a reply about a day later with a link to the correct Mac driver; at the time they said it was still in beta because the printer was new. installed, everything went fine. I've experimented with the printer settings - speed, label spacing, etc. - and set them to the default settings. I've set up templates to print from Word, InDesign, and Acrobat, but also print browser-generated labels (PDFs I think) from UPS, USPS, and Revain just fine. The price of the printer was so cheap that it was worth it. I now have the ability to print to a dedicated label printer that never runs out of ink and I don't have to fiddle with my laser or inkjet printer.
