This is NOT an elastic/elastic sequin ribbon

The product arrived as shown but the description is wrong. The material is a thin mesh (like tulle) with a row of sequins (shiny sequins) attached to it. This will not work on dance costumes that require stretch applique. I was so disappointed but that's a risk you take when you're the first person to review a product.
