Didn't last long (1 of 2)

I bought them in August 2017. One broke in January 2018 (and I didn't drive anything). I'm not happy with it and Revane's return period has expired. I haven't contacted the manufacturer of the product yet, but I understand that sometimes you get a bad one. I hope they fix this problem.
