Review on 🔧 Steelex D2606 5 Inch 300 Pound Polyurethane: Durable and High-Weight Capacity Joint Protection Solution by Edwin White

I have two of these for use on one end of a 300 lb bench. I installed them with the mounting plate oriented vertically to the bench legs instead of the normal horizontal orientation (the wheel mounting arms are extended horizontally instead of down in the normal orientation). With the wheels about 1/32 inch off the ground I was able to install an arm lift wheel on the other end of the bench to raise the bench on those wheels. Therefore, when the lift wheel is raised, the bench stands firmly on all legs. When the lift wheel is down, these Steelex wheels (on the other end of the bench) ride on the ground and provide about 1/16 inch clearance between the bench legs off the ground. I was concerned that the non-standard alignment might cause the wheel arms to flex under the full weight of the bench, but they hold up well.
