I was eager to try out SIRDAR's online store for sports and outdoors equipment because I am a dedicated hiker and cyclist. Unfortunately, I was left feeling dissatisfied after using their site and purchasing several of their things. The website was first complicated and hard to use. The search bar didn't do a good job of helping me find what I needed. The checkout procedure was complicated and time-consuming for me because of the many procedures and forms I had to complete. When my shipment arrived, I found that the items were of poor quality. The hiking boots I bought were too tight and gave me blisters, while the cycling gloves I bought lasted just a few rides before falling apart. Considering the low quality of the offerings, I also thought the pricing were excessive. To make matters worse, I never heard back from customer support when I sought to voice my dissatisfaction. Feeling like my concerns weren't being heard or addressed was upsetting and discouraging. In general, I was disappointed by SIRDAR's web store. I felt like I had wasted my time and money due to the confusing website layout, low-quality items, and absence of customer support. I would not send someone in need of sporting and outdoor equipment to SIRDAR's web store.
