Disappointed with Hajack's Customer Service and Product Quality

I was eager to look through Hajack's extensive assortment of baby products and nursery furniture as a brand-new customer. The products' quality and level of customer service, however, soon left me unimpressed. The furniture was poorly built and flimsy, despite the description saying that the products are made with high-quality materials. It was challenging to correctly assemble the furniture due to unclear assembly directions and missing parts. Additionally, I encountered unhelpful and unresponsive staff when I contacted customer support to address my issues. They ignored my concerns and offered no remedies or substitutes. Overall, I was incredibly unhappy with my time spent at Hajack. As a foreigner, I had high expectations for this online store, but I am sorry to say that I am unable to suggest them to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and baby goods.
