I couldn't put the license plate light sockets in the holes where they were supposed to go, just used them as washers on the back of the screws under the metal screws. Went like clockwork. The grommet that sits in the center hole of the faceplate bracket is actually for the wiring that goes into the bottom of the end piece, I think that's why some people report the faceplate 'gap' when they put it there leave when installing the front panel. Light. I had to do some tinkering with the indicators, but overall I'm very happy with the result. Added Loctite as mentioned in previous reviews. Thumbs up. looks clean
