We have used it several times and the results have been good most of the time. In one attempt, the LEDs continued to blink after duplication continued for over an hour. We turned it off, restarted it and it worked flawlessly from the 2nd try. The device gets very hot with each use, which is why we feared leaving it unattended. But it works well and gets the job done fairly quickly. We've also used it connected to a PC to access data on the M2 and it works great. In general a good device; but the intense heat prevents 5 stars.
