The edges are more rounded than I would like and the slot is a little smaller than the radio

Double din radio didn't fit my 2005 Jeep Liberty. The edges are more rounded than we'd like and the slot is slightly smaller than the radio. I've tried grinding it down to size but that makes it pointless to buy an aftermarket double bevel. You can also cut the chamfer in stock.
