so I cooked a lot with my gram we cooked for the crowd all the time especially during harvest they always had extra hired helpers during harvest so we cooked for the army we brought lunch and dinner .We always have fried potatoes, ham steaks, fresh asparagus cooked with a special homemade "Grams" sauce. We have cooked potato clams and smoked sausages or we have made a hearty breakfast for lunch to keep them nourished. So, here's what I want say: I've spent a large part of my life in the kitchen and I know exactly what I'm doing. As an adult I have 4 teenagers and a daughter who just moved in on her own. My children always have friends in and out of hal b of the house, and when they're here I feed them too, so I'm still cooking for Heer. LOL These pans have never let me down. I just ordered a second set for me and a set for my daughter. My son burns and burns almost anything he tries to cook. I've tried my best to teach him the right way, but he's a boy and very impatient. I've never had to throw out one of those pans because he burned something in it. Simply wipe with a paper towel. So I take out the excess food and/or fat and then hand wash them like Grams taught me. You just have to be patient and use very little oil. You cannot cook everything at high speed with this set. Heat it up gradually, treat it with love and care, and it will last a lifetime.
