I have flown from state to state with my two cocker spaniels it was my first flight so it was very nerve wracking lol. Sitting on the ground one of the puppies whimpered a bit, I managed to slip my hand in my pocket to pet him, once we were airborne I opened the pockets to give them more room to stretch, she stopped whining immediately and fell asleep quite comfortably. This bag is value for money and durable. The only minor complaint was that the straps were uncomfortable to walk around on the plane with, but that's because my dogs are a bit heavy, a smaller dog would probably be a bit more comfortable to carry around the airport. I was lucky that a security officer allowed me to walk them through the airport on a leash and then put them back in their bags before take off. Highly recommended .
