Adafruit does it again!
An ideal and inexpensive way to measure temperature with Raspberry Pi. Well documented by Adafruit, complete with diagrams showing exactly how this module is configured. The MCP9808 is an incredibly small chip that is almost impossible to hand solder. This little board works great.
