What I liked about this product is that it is a magnet and will not ruin the look of my cabinets. I think the glue could be a little stronger; Although it's 3M I had the issue of my 7 year old getting up in the middle of the night and getting snacks from the cupboard and taking them upstairs to eat - that would be chocolate milk in a cup under her bed - a test- Chocolate syrup from my kitchen counter to the sink and tons of packaging under her bed. The problem was that you have to wait 24 hours for the glue to set and cure on the cabinet before you start pulling it. I was afraid that my daughter would prematurely start manipulating him, but luckily that didn't happen. Glue has proven itself well, it took 3-3 days. We also bought a silver lock for a QDos fridge. Easy to install and only about $16. In general a good product.
