This 73-year-old man suffered from shortness of breath and chest pains while walking his dog on a cold morning. air, which was a problem. I had no idea what they were called (still don't) but the heated neck/neck fleece face scarf was just what I wanted. So far I've used it 95% in the morning. Is spring far behind us?
