This will not fit the 2003 Honda Element as described. I've spoken to Curt's support team many times (great customer service btw) and they sent me another one that has the same connectors as my element. I think they accidentally got the years mixed up. The one that stands for the 2007-2011 element is actually for my 2003 element.
