Most never knew what a good tool was available
They are the only manufacturer of such a device. We entertained ten people over a sumptuous dinner recently, most of whom were unaware that such good help existed. Serving on hot plates keeps the food excellent and is worth the cost. Recommend them with the highest possible option. The quality of the best plates won't hurt you, but they must be used within a few hours if you want hot (almost too hot to pass out) plates. Serving good food on cold plates should be illegal.
