These dispensers are fine for short periods of time but don't expect them to hold up to heavy use. The thin, crackling plastic breaks at the first sign of a heavy hand, be it the end user or the person filling the dispenser. The locking mechanism is fragile and breaks easily (uses tension to hold the clam-shell style container together). Bought four of these, only three lasted two months before completely snapping and wouldn't close or wouldn't hold together due to broken hinges. The one that survived is taped together at the top where 1/2 inch of the plastic on one side of the locking mechanism tore on first use. He's standing in an unattended bathroom. to replace them at almost triple the price. It's worth the extra cost. You get what you pay for. YMMV.
