Received this order as promised. Cheerful delivery man. First thing, the box was open inside the bag and the parts were out of the box. The bag held them and all parts were there. No instructions with the product. You might say, so simple, no instructions needed. However a simple piece of paper with visual instructions would definitely be helpful to those who have not assembled/used flag poles before.Product was sturdy and very good looking.I bought it because it is one of few that has Aluminum Alloy Flag Pole Rings, NOT PLASTIC ONES. It also uses Aluminum Alloy and Carabiner Designs. It also has a ring that connects the Carabiners to the Flag Pole ring. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.
