I've only had the water pump for 2 weeks so we'll see how it performs over time but for now I like it! I have arthritis and fibrosis so maneuvering heavy water jugs is difficult and a hand pump is not an option. This little guy saved me from the water! It was so easy to set up. I charged it overnight and also boiled the plastic tube for a minute or two to clean it and it was ready to go! I have a third 5 gallon pitcher of water and it works SO WELL! I am shocked. I thought it was just a regular product to use until I could afford something else, but if it keeps working like this I will be using it forever! Already recommended to my friends. Fills up quickly. Some say it's very loud. It makes noise but I don't think it's uncomfortable. Highly recommended!
