I upgraded my TV and my existing swivel wall mount had a VESA screw spacing of 100x100mm. My new TV has a VESA distance of 200 (height) x 300 (width) mm. This adapter plate works well. It includes small nuts and bolts to securely attach the plate to my existing wall mount. These holes are countersunk to provide a flat surface facing the TV. Also included were the screws and spacers I needed to attach the adapter plate to my new TV. In addition to my 200 x 300 configuration, it is also drilled to accept (200 x 200) and (200 x 400)mm VESA (see listing for many other hole spacings this plate supports). The metal plate has a beautiful black powder coat finish that feels very durable and is beautifully polished with no rough edges. It's thick enough to feel massive. You don't have to worry about it bending. Overall a very good product, better than I expected and does exactly what I need.
