Review on ☕ De’Longhi Dinamica ECAM35025SB: Ultimate TrueBrew Over Ice™ Coffee and Espresso Machine with Adjustable Frother by Adam Whittaker

This coffee maker is pretty easy to use. I love the steamer and the default settings right out of the box are pretty good. We were able to unwrap it almost immediately and light it up for our first drink. It took some time reading here and there to understand other features, how to use the steamer, how to maintain it and how to program some things. I find the software options a bit limited. One small issue is that the front of the ground coffee holder was scratched and scratched right out of the box. The box appeared unopened and everything else was brand new - hence this defect was a concern that production/packaging quality control might have missed it. Will email/call De'Longhi to see if it can be replaced - it's aesthetic only but was frustrating to receive. Another disappointment is that the device doesn't have a foam jug or espresso picker. You need to buy separately. Contacted De'Longhi via live chat which was handy. Unfortunately, they cannot replace the scratched part. My only options are to return the Revain for a replacement or open a warranty claim and send it back to De'Longhi. How painful. Please note that if you purchase one of these and receive a scratched part I will immediately repackage and return it.
