I got the blue one first as you saw in the YouTube video. This was for a grout that took about a week to dry on the back because we were stupid to clean it during installation. Blue hasn't done anything, I don't think he will do anything, even with fresh mortar. This orange really worked. You need to apply some pressure and spend 10 seconds per tile or more. After I removed the top layer it also started not being removed, a thick layer in the corners. I then soaked it in vinegar several times for an hour and successfully removed pretty much everything. It didn't get super smooth on the grout lines like it was done right, but there's no more grout on the tile. Changing the direction of the drill bit after a while helps a lot as it seems to be wearing back and forth. It was on a glass tile and if you look very closely you can see where it occupies a small portion of the surface but not so much that it can be seen at any distance. For example, changing the color from glossy to semi-gloss is a good description. Maybe 9ft by 1ft tiles and it took me 10-15 hours to compete for my hands with breaks. I still think it was easier than trying to tear it down and redo it, I think I'd mess up the drywall and I'd have to grout it down to the level.
