The outer sleeve of the handle is longer than the inner handle

Almost useless, but otherwise great. The metal handle goes about halfway into the rubber handle, so you can't really get a hold of it. You have to keep it close to the shovel, making it impractical and unusable. Otherwise it would be perfect for our ococat litter cleaning needs due to the larger gap in the scoop grid.
