Review on 🖨️ AmazonBasics 1.75mm Printer Filament Spools - High-Quality Additive Manufacturing Products by Melvin Man

I hated this filament at first but after working with it I will have it on hand for specific purposes. When I was writing this review I was looking through the whole 3 pack. First of all, I would like to say that the packaging definitely needs some work. Of the 3 rolls, the shrink wrap on 2 had a couple of holes worn down from rubbing against each other in the box and the last one looked like a little more air could have been removed from it. However, I didn't have any moisture problems with any of the rolls. Second, another reviewer mentioned that if you don't use props, it's great; I absolutely agree. This is a much tougher yarn than any other yarn I have worked with and there is much less flex so the support will be very difficult to remove. unless you break your cast while removing it. It's a terrible miniature filament for that reason (my primary printer use and why I initially hated it). Once I figured this out and only used it on unsupported models like large terrain pieces, coasters, sculpts, and various printer upgrades, I was incredibly happy with the results. I ran some calibration tests and found it to work great over a wide range of temperatures (190 to 240) and print speeds (up to 75mm/s). I've never experienced clogs or jams with the 0.4mm nozzle, but my 0.3mm nozzles clog very quickly.
