I'm writing this review after a few months of purchase, I'm a beginner and I can tell you how many times I've used this drill in 10 months. Since I'm a beginner, I counted all the sets I did for the key. I've done 22 sets in a total of 10 months since I bought it (because I'm a paralegal I don't have much time to practice) and that practice gave me away yesterday!. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and invest in something that lasts longer than 22 sets! , they contacted me on Saturday and the item arrived on Monday. The fact that they willingly took the time to get in touch and expedite the delivery without my asking says a lot. I love great customer service!
