Review on 🌧️ Oatey 14136 Rain Collar 1.5-3 Inch No-Calk Roof Flashing in Black by Jorge Tupou

It is smaller than I expected. The base diameter is 4.0 inches, the top hole diameter is 1 3/8 inches, and the height is about 1.2 inches. The bottom has an inner molded ring about 2.5 inches in diameter that extends almost to the bottom. All this means is that the plastic sheath you cover needs to be small and relatively flat, or at least the damage is limited to the area immediately around the pipe. When using it on a 1.5" nominal PVC pipe, the actual outside diameter of the pipe is 1.9", so the 4" diameter base extends just a little over 1" outside the outside of the pipe. This may be fine for some applications, but I have large plastic boots with damage that extends well over an inch. I was disappointed that I couldn't find the sizes anywhere online including the Oatey website so I took a chance but it's too small for my application. I hope the measurements help others.
