Good quality thermostat made in USA - works great. The instructions can be confusing if you are not familiar with such a product. If you don't already have the included hardware, you have money upfront to buy a kit for a few bucks more. A hardware store at a hardware store will cost you at least $25. The thread is 1/2" pipe and not 3/8" pipe like some thermostats. You'll also need to make your own mount, but that's easy if you have the tools.
