Review on Victorinox Cutlery 7 Inch Fibrox Handle by Jamie Simpson

I am not a cook but I am an avid home cook and baker. I've tried all kinds of knives over the years and never found anything that really seems perfect. Eventually I saw a mention of Victorinox Fibrox knives on a haunted forum and decided to give it a try. I bought one of the Santoku knives and after almost a year I can say that they fit me. They are nice and sharp, they can be washed in the dishwasher. We try to wash our hands whenever possible, but in everyday life this is not always possible. Our roommate also tends to always throw things in the dishwasher, whether they're dishwasher safe or not, so it's important that I have safe items just in case. The Edge has held up well to this kind of abuse.
