Victorinox Cutlery 7 Inch Fibrox Handle Review

I love this knife! Very sharp and very well made. At this price I think it will be difficult for anyone to find better value for money. Excellent balance and a sharp edge allow you to cleanly slice fresh bread with little or no effort.

It doesn't get any better than this. I bought the 7 inch monitor after buying another high priced 10 inch monitor that was too big and difficult to handle. This one is perfect! Sliced right through my homemade sourdough, then the apple. Very happy

This bread knife is the sharpest bread knife I've ever used. It also works great on poorly cooked bread. It's also very light and a bit flimsy, but works great. We've had it for over a year now and it hasn't faded.

I have a set of Wüsthof knives that were having trouble keeping a really sharp edge and I've tried a serrated Victorinox paring knife. I ended up replacing my Wüsthof with Victorinox, a few knives at a time. The daughter now owns the Wüsthofs set. Very happy with the notched Victorinox.

I love the Victorinox brand in general. We only use their knives in the kitchen. They are a bit more expensive but well worth it, I've never had a problem with any of my knives from this brand. This bread knife has been working great for a few months now. You just have to be careful because it cuts like butter. My FIL cut my hand while cutting a hamburger bun, not realizing what shape they were.

I am not a cook but I am an avid home cook and baker. I've tried all kinds of knives over the years and never found anything that really seems perfect. Eventually I saw a mention of Victorinox Fibrox knives on a haunted forum and decided to give it a try. I bought one of the Santoku knives and after almost a year I can say that they fit me. They are nice and sharp, they can be washed in the dishwasher. We try to wash our hands whenever possible, but in everyday life this is not always possible.
