Review on High-Quality Mcbazel Arcade Game VGA to CGA RGBS CVBS S-Video Video Converter Board GBS-8100: Enhancing Graphics and Versatile Compatibility by Johnny Snyder

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Worked fine for my application.

For connecting a VGA card to a computer with a 640 x 480 arcade monitor from 30Hz to 15kHz. Adjusting the brightness resulted in washed out or oversaturated colors. Well worth the investment to test my new (for me) Wells Gardner K7400 before I can develop a proper 15kHz graphics card output that works flawlessly with the best colors. It should be noted that the output connector is not a regular Molex .156 KK. As with most arcade chassis boards you have to cut the end and re-crimp the connectors which can be removed from the white case but they don't fit well and require a lot of fine tuning to fit the KK header well if You I just want to connect the bare terminals with the title.
